1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty applies only to products that explicitly mention warranty support on the product page or invoice.

Coverage includes manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.

Warranty duration varies by product (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) and is stated on the product page and included on your invoice.

This policy applies to physical products only. Digital products (software licenses/keys) are covered separately under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects

Hardware malfunction under normal use

Non-functional components upon delivery (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

3. What Is NOT Covered

Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage (drops, cracks, burns, liquid damage)

Improper use, misuse, or negligence

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation, cosmetic damage)

Accessories such as cables, adapters, or packaging, unless specifically stated

4. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty:

Contact our support team with your Order ID / Invoice, the product details, and a description of the issue.

Provide photo or video proof of the issue if requested by our team.

Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the next steps.

5. Service Options

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

Repair service

Replacement (if repair is not possible)

Store credit (in special cases)

6. Warranty Conditions

The product must be returned with its original packaging, where required.

The serial number or warranty sticker/seal must be intact and untampered.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer/order.

7. Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers may need to bear shipping costs for sending a product in for a warranty claim.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we may cover the return shipping cost.

8. Brand Warranty vs. Store Warranty

Some products carry an official brand warranty, claimable via the brand's authorized service center.

Other products carry a MAQRO.TECH store warranty, handled directly by our team.

The applicable warranty type is stated on the product page and your invoice.

9. Limitation of Liability

MAQRO.TECH is not responsible for:

Data loss occurring during repair or replacement

Indirect or incidental damages arising from a warranty claim
