These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MAQRO.TECH website and any purchase you make with us. By browsing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include any applicable charges shown at checkout.

We take reasonable care to keep product pricing and stock information accurate. If an error in pricing or availability is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or offer a full refund.

An order is considered confirmed only after you receive our order confirmation email or SMS.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

2. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer, as shown at checkout.

For bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer payments, you must submit a valid sender number and transaction ID (and, where requested, a payment screenshot) for verification.

Orders paid via mobile financial services may carry a small service/processing charge, disclosed to you at checkout before you confirm the order.

We reserve the right to reject a payment submission that cannot be verified, and to request additional confirmation before dispatching the order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated timelines depend on your location (Inside Dhaka or Outside Dhaka) and the delivery speed you select (Regular or Express).

Estimated shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Digital Products & License Keys

Digital products (such as software licenses/keys) are not subject to a delivery charge and are not shipped physically.

Auto-delivered digital keys are issued from our verified key pool once your order is confirmed. Manually-delivered digital keys are issued by our team after payment verification.

License keys are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once a license key has been delivered/revealed to you, except where the key is defective or invalid — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Coupons & Promotions

Coupon codes are subject to their stated validity period, usage limits, and any conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotional offer or coupon at any time without prior notice.

6. Giveaways

Giveaways run on our site are subject to the specific rules and eligibility criteria published on each giveaway's page, in addition to these Terms.

Entries may require phone number verification (OTP) and proof of participation (e.g. screenshots). Fraudulent, duplicate, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

Winners are selected and notified according to the process described on the relevant giveaway page.

7. Warranty & Returns

Warranty terms, where applicable, are stated on each product page. Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, submit false or fraudulent order/giveaway information, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

MAQRO.TECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
