Payment verification details — for bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer payments, we collect the sender's mobile number, the transaction ID, and a screenshot of the payment you submit for verification.
Phone verification (OTP) — when you verify your phone number at checkout or during a giveaway entry, we temporarily process your phone number and the one-time code sent to it.
Giveaway entry information — if you enter a giveaway, we collect your name, phone number, email address, Facebook profile link, and any screenshots you upload as proof of participation.
Cookies — we use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or ad-pixel scripts on this site.
We never collect or store your card numbers, banking passwords, or MFS PINs. For mobile financial service and bank transfers, we only store the reference details you voluntarily submit — such as a transaction ID or payment screenshot — solely to verify that a payment was made.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers necessary to fulfil your order or run our services — such as our SMS and email delivery providers, and courier/delivery partners — and only to the extent needed to complete that service.
